Cycle awareness
You learn to track and understand your unique rhythm — not just your cycle dates, but your energy, emotions, and patterns. This helps you make sense of what’s happening in your inner world and begin to plan your life in a way that supports you, your relationships and your work.

Nervous system regulation
PMDD is your nervous system’s sensitivity to the natural shifts in your cycle. This can move your body into fight, flight, or freeze — showing up as anxiety, irritability, overwhelm, or shutdown.
You’ll learn simple, practical ways to support your nervous system, so you can feel more stable, grounded, and safe within yourself — even during the harder phases.

Somatic work
We gently work with the body through practices like breath awareness, movement (yoga and breathwork if that fits your needs).
This helps you release stored tension, reconnect with yourself, and create a sense of safety from within — especially during your more challenging phases.
How we work together
This is a 3-month, 1:1 coaching container designed to support you step by step.

Each session is a safe, grounded space where you can bring everything — your symptoms, your emotions, your questions, your experiences.
Between sessions, your awareness deepens, and your tools start becoming part of your daily life.

Hello, I’m Lili.
My journey with PMDD is what led me here.
After years of struggling with intense emotional cycles, I discovered a new way of understanding my body through nervous system regulation and cycle awareness.
Today, I support women who are navigating PMDD to feel more safe in their own bodies, more resourced in their emotions, and more connected to themselves even in the hardest phases of their cycle.
I’m a menstrual cycle coach (trained by Lisa de Jong), as well as a certified Kundalini and Yin yoga teacher, and my work blends nervous system regulation, cycle awareness, and deep inner work.
My approach is not about “fixing” you but about helping you understand yourself, so you can move through your cycle with more ease, clarity, and self-trust.
