Cycle awareness

You learn to track and understand your unique rhythm — not just your cycle dates, but your energy, emotions, and patterns. This helps you make sense of what’s happening in your inner world and begin to plan your life in a way that supports you, your relationships and your work.

Nervous system regulation

Your cycle influences how sensitive your nervous system feels.
This can show up as anxiety, irritability, overwhelm, or shutdown.
You’ll learn simple, practical ways to feel more grounded, stable, and supported within yourself.

Somatic work

We gently work with the body through practices like breath awareness, movement (yoga and breathwork if that fits your needs).
This helps you release stored tension, reconnect with yourself, and create a sense of safety from within — especially during your more challenging phases.

How we work together

This is a 3-month, 1:1 coaching container designed to support you step by step.

8 sessions total
Weekly sessions in the first month (4 sessions)
Bi-weekly sessions in months 2 and 3 (4 sessions)
Investment > 900 EUR
(payable in 3 monthly installments)

Each session is a safe, grounded space where you can bring everything — your symptoms, your emotions, your questions, your experiences.

Between sessions, your awareness deepens, and your tools start becoming part of your daily life.

Hello, I’m Lili.

For a long time, I felt confused by how much I could change throughout the month.

Through cycle awareness and nervous system work, I discovered a completely different way of relating to myself.

Today, I support women in feeling more safe in their bodies, more stable in their emotions, and more connected to themselves — in every phase of their cycle.

I’m a menstrual cycle coach (trained by Lisa de Jong), and a certified Kundalini and Yin yoga teacher.

My work combines cycle awareness, nervous system support, and deep inner work — not to fix you, but to help you understand yourself and build a life that truly supports you.
